Em Havaiano He’e Nalu significa mais do que a expressão “pegar onda”. Para este povo Polinésio, Nalu pode ser o Mar, o Oceano, as Ondas e He’e é a ação de deslizar. Quando estas duas palavras se juntam entende-se “deslizar onda” porém é mais que isso, é fazer parte de Nalu, “fluir em Nalu”. He’e Nalu é espiritual, sagrado e as forças que emanam desta atividade elevam o Aloha.
